2023 Lodge Executive Committee

Finn Diringer Chief

The lodge chief is the highest elected youth position in the lodge, and oversees all planning of lodge activities. They preside over the lodge executive committee (LEC) and ensures the committee adheres to the proper lodge policies. They represent the lodge at council and section level events, and serves as an example to the broader Scouting community. They serve a one-year term. 

Nestor Schnasse Adviser

The lodge adviser serves as the adult leader for the lodge. He assists the lodge chief and LEC with the planning and running of the lodge; he secures associate advisers to assist. He serves as a representative on all council and section level related events. 

Helen Perry Vice Chief Program

The lodge vice chief of program is the second highest elected youth position in the lodge, and oversees all planning of lodge programs. They serve on the LEC, determines the program interests of members, oversees the operational committees, and performs the duties of the lodge chief as needed. They serve a one-year term. 

Ryan Moynihan Assoc. Adviser to the Program Vice Chief

The associate lodge adviser of program serves as the adult adviser to the lodge vice chief of program, and assists with the execution of their duties. He serves as a member of the LEC, and is appointed by the lodge adviser. 

Mason Chiu Vice Chief Membership

The lodge vice chief of membership is the third highest elected youth position in the lodge, and oversees all aspects of lodge membership. They serve on the LEC, supervises the recruitment and election of new members, and the progress to Brotherhood. They serve a one-year term.

The associate lodge adviser of membership serves as the adult adviser to the lodge vice chief of membership, and assists with the execution of their duties. He serves as a member of the LEC, and is appointed by the lodge adviser. 

Addison Everage Vice Chief Ceremonies

The lodge vice chief of ceremonies is the fourth highest elected youth position in the lodge, and oversees all aspects of lodge ceremonies. They serve on the LEC, supervises the recruitment of ceremony and dance team members, and oversee all matters relating to the ceremonies. They serve a one-year term. 

Willy Coronado & Mark Otavka Co-Assoc. Advisers to the Membership Vice Chief

The associate lodge adviser of membership serves as the adult adviser to the lodge vice chief of membership, and assists with the execution of their duties. He serves as a member of the LEC, and is appointed by the lodge adviser. 

Skylar Lariviere Treasurer

The lodge treasurer is the fifth highest elected youth position in the lodge, and oversees all aspects of lodge finances. They serve on the LEC, accounts for all income and expenses (including reconciling the lodge’s account maintained at the council office), collects member's dues and other funds as appropriate, and manages the lodge trading post and other assets. They serve a one-year term. 

Robert Lariviere Assoc. Adviser to the Treasurer

The associate lodge adviser of finance serves as the adult adviser to the lodge treasurer, and assists with the execution of his duties. He serves as a member of the LEC, and is appointed by the lodge adviser. 

Nicole Everage Secretary

The lodge secretary is the sixth highest elected youth position in the lodge, and oversees all aspects of lodge records. They serve on the LEC, records and publishes the minutes of LEC meetings and the business portion of lodge meetings, and is responsible for all lodge communications and record keeping. They serve a one-year term.

Assoc. Adviser
to the Secretary

The associate lodge adviser of administration serves as the adult adviser to the lodge secretary, and assists with the execution of their duties. He serves as a member of the LEC, and is appointed by the lodge adviser. 

Jamey Schnasse Immediate Past Lodge Chief

The immediate past lodge chief serves as a voting member of the LEC so long as he is under the age of 21 following his term. He provides advice and assistance to the current chief, and may take on a special project to assist with lodge functions. The term "immediate" is dropped when his successor steps down as lodge chief. 

Michael Andrews Staff Adviser

Within the council, the Scout executive is the final authority over the Order of the Arrow and for this reason, holds the title of Supreme Chief of the Fire. In the Marin council, the Scout executive serves as the lodge staff adviser and provides guidance to the lodge adviser and the lodge leadership. It is the staff adviser’s role to see that the lodge adheres to national policy. He is a professional Scouter.
